Riyadh – Mubasher: Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) of Saudi Arabia was authorised to stop the telecoms firms services’, in case of violations, Okaz newspaper on Saturday reported, citing Abdullah Al-Sawahah, Minister of Communication and Information Technology as saying.
The telecommunication companies will be returned to investigation in case of complaints repitition, and they must provide reports to the commission about the complaints they received, as well as the actions they implement to solve the complaints, the newspaper added.
The Saudi authority will solve the complaints of the quality of services, financial obligations that will be paid, and the cut or return of the service from the company.
